The Restoration Process

We are an IICRC Certified and EPA Lead Safe Certified remediation firm, which means we follow best practices set forth by the cleaning, inspection, and restoration service industry.

When you call Deas Construction Company, you can expect us to:

Assess the Damage – The first thing we will do is perform a thorough inspection of your home or business to determine the full extent of the damage to your property. We work quickly, but we also take the time necessary to ensure that no hidden damage is missed.

Make a Restoration Plan – After assessing and documenting the damage, we will then determine the necessary repairs and restoration services needed to restore your property. We will share this information with you and cover all the points of your individualized restoration plan to help you understand the services we recommend and, more importantly, why we recommend them.

Ease Your Burden – After you agree to the restoration plan, our technicians will get started restoring your property. At the same time, our office will work with your insurance company to simplify and streamline the claim’s process. We offer direct billing to ease your burden during this difficult time.
